Fireball sighting

I was on my way to class last night, and as I was walking toward the front door to the building, noticed a bright trail in the sky to the southeast, this was around 5:30. Turned around and saw the biggest fireball I have ever seen. I've seen a few during meteor showers in past years, but this was unreal. This video of a police camera in edmonton last night is almost exactly what I saw. I remember it breaking into 2 seperate trails as it got close to the horizon.

It hasen't been confirmed as a meteor yet, but everyone is assuming it was. Something that bright must have made it to the ground IMO. Estimates say that it probably came down somewhere south of Calgary. It was seen in western Saskatchewan, and as far north as Fort McMurray.
